Full of Glory Ministries (FoG) was born out of a divine vision received by Bishop Arthur Guice in 1989. In this vision, the Lord revealed the city of Chicago engulfed in the fire of His glory. This profound experience guided Bishop Guice to deeply study and research the Scriptures concerning the glory of the Lord. During his studies, he was led to a pivotal verse in Numbers 14:21: “But as truly as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord.”
This revelation convinced Brother Guice that it was God’s plan to fill the entire Earth with His glory. It became apparent to him that believers are called to be carriers of God’s presence and glory. With a clear path laid out by the Lord for people’s salvation, Bishop Guice established a teaching ministry aimed at proclaiming the fulfillment of God’s grand purpose.
On August 1, 1990, Full of Glory Ministries held its inaugural service with fewer than 15 people in attendance. From its inception, the ministry focused on four key areas:
From its humble beginnings, Full of Glory Ministries has expanded its influence beyond Chicagoland to various parts of the United States and other countries. Some notable achievements include launching a weekly radio broadcast, conducting teaching seminars, and establishing a training institute.

After receiving Jesus Christ as his Savior in 1980, Arthur sensed a call to ministry. Pursuing this call, he was ordained in December 1984 at West Point Baptist Church. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Elmhurst University in 1983, majoring in Theology and Psychology. His ministry training continued at Wheaton Christian Center in Wheaton, IL, under Pastor Carlton Arthurs.
In 1984, Arthur began working for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), where he remained for 32 years until his retirement in 2015. During his tenure at DCFS, he married Felicia A. Travis-Guice, who became his partner in ministry.
In 1990, Minister Guice established Full of Glory Ministries, a para-ministry church, which he continues to lead. His commitment to the “Great Commission” drives him to teach and preach the Word of God with simplicity and accuracy. As a sought-after speaker, Bishop Guice conducts conferences, seminars, and workshops on Bible teachings across the U.S. and internationally.
On March 23, 2003, Arthur transitioned to full-time ministry as the Senior Pastor of Spirit of Liberty Church of God in Cleveland, TN, with his wife Felicia by his side. Despite facing personal loss when Felicia passed away on July 2, 2006, Bishop Guice continued his pastoral duties at Spirit of Liberty Church of God in Markham, IL, until February 12, 2023.
In November 2014, Arthur Guice was ordained as a Bishop with the Church of God in Cleveland, TN. By September 2016, he was elected to serve on the State Council of the Great Lakes Region.
Full of Glory Ministries continues to grow and thrive, driven by Bishop Guice’s vision and leadership. The ministry’s impact is felt not only locally but globally, through various outreach programs and initiatives aimed at equipping believers to manifest God’s glory in their lives and communities.
As the ministry moves forward, it remains steadfast in its mission to herald the fulfillment of God’s plan, ensuring that His glory fills the earth as promised in Numbers 14:21. With the support of faithful partners in prayer and financial backing, FoG stands as a beacon of hope and spiritual empowerment, dedicated to transforming lives and communities for the glory of God.
